Terms and Conditions for using Uber Shop Products and Services
The Uber Shop Website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using Uber Shop website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Delivery
a. All deliveries are despatched usually next day and within 2 days of placing. The delivery charges are listed on the delivery pages.
b. Before your order is to be dispatched, Uber Shop might contact you to make sure they are despatching to the correct address or that you are at the delivery address to receive your order.
c. Uber Shop will not be liable for any failed deliveries due to incorrect contact information whether that be telephone number or in the absence of that email or incorrect delivery address information.
d. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.
e. If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not, of course, charge for goods unless or until we have delivered them to you.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before we have dispatched the order. After dispatch you can still cancel your order by sending us the product in good unused condition.You will still be liable for shipping charges we may have incurred in sending the products to you
You have 14 days from the time of receipt of delivery to return the goods in their orignal packaging for full refund.
3. Replacement
It is our top priority to sell products of high manufacturing standards. On the odd occasion if you receive an items in a substandard condition we will send a replacement item free of charge.

7. Registration
To order from Uber Shop , you must register with us. This is referred to as set up an account or register throughout our website and literature. However, this is not a credit account, payment will be required upon delivery of goods.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the My Account area of the website..
8. Password and security
When you register to use the Uber Shop Website you will be asked to create a password. If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. If Uber Shop has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Uber Shop website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
9. Payment
Uber Shop does not hold any financial information regarding its customers and works with a third-party payment solution whereby all sensitive payment details are securely passed over a 256-bit encryption SSL certificate. You must ensure that correct and valid card details are provided.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Solo, American Express, Maestro or Switch symbol.
10. Product purchases
You may submit orders by using our online ordering facility at any time after you have created an account. The facility allows you to review your order and make any corrections before submitting it to us and by submitting the order you confirm that you have made any such corrections.
Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy the products from us; you cannot then withdraw or cancel your order except as stated below.
No order is accepted from you until we confirm this by electronic communication to you or by delivering the products. A contract for our sale of products to you arises on our acceptance of your order.
Where we accept an order, we do all that we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled; products are, however, subject to availability and market conditions and we do not always know if a product is or will be available at the time of accepting an order. If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered, we will inform you of this and we will remove it from your order so that you are not charged or, if you have paid already, we will refund you the price. We will, however, bear no liability for unavailability of products.
All products offered by us are subject to occasional change in price.
Ordering a product from us carries with it the obligation to pay for it unless we receive from you a cancellation of or change to your orders before the deadlines published on the website. We are also happy to inform you of these deadlines by telephone if you wish to call us. You remain responsible for ensuring that any such change or cancellation is not only transmitted by you, but received by us, in time for the deadline. We reserve the right to deliver and charge in full for any order unless we have received notice of cancellation before the published deadline.

This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Uber Shop and its affiliates without express written consent. Although Uber Shop aims to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that our website services will meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. The suspension or cancellation of your registration shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities accrued to the date of termination or any orders submitted by you before we received notice of your cancellation, and you will continue to be bound by such orders.

The Website is provided by Uber Shop as is without any warranties or guarantees save those set out in these Terms and Conditions.

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
18. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Uber Shop website.
