Ordering:
How easy is it to order with Uber Shop ?
Ordering is simple, orders can be placed by phone or through our website http://www.uber-shop.com. You need to be registered with our website and have a valid payment Debit/Credit Card. How do I know that a Product is available on your website?
As we also import and distribute a number of well known brands we usually have stocks in large numbers. Most products you see on our website are available in our warehouse. On the rare occasion we may run out of stock in which case we will notify you immediately when it wll be availabe and dispatched.
If I want to make changes to an order what do I do?
You can make as many changes to your order before it is processed and dispatched from our warehouse. You will not be charged extra for delivery. You can make changes to your order by contacting our customers services or by phoning us .
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for full refund at any time before your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse. In case your order has been dispatched please read our Returns section
What payment cards do you accept?
We accept Visa Debit and Credit cards, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, American Express and Paypal. If you are unsure about your payment card please contact our customer services
What abut my Order Confirmation/Status?
Soon after you have placed your order with us you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order number. You can also log into your Account section to view your order details
Postage, Packaging & Delivery:
When can I expect my delivery?
We usually aim to ship majority of our orders the same day as long as they are placed with us before 12.00pm. Once dispatched all our orders are delivered within 1 to 2 days from the date of delivery.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
After we have dispatched your order, we send you an email notifing you of your traking details. You can then track the progress of your delivery from the time of dispatch from our warehouse to its arrival
Who do you use for your deliveries?
Depending on the size, weight and dimensions of the order we will be using Parcel force, Business Post, RoyalMail, Interlink Express or our own delivery services within M25.
Are there are any restrictions to delivery?
No, we ship everywhere including UK mainland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe and Rest of the World.For more information visit our Delivery section

We are highly confident that for most products sold by us, you will not find a better price than ours. In case you do we will gladly match the price of our competitor. All you need to do is provide the name of the product, competing price and the name of the competitor. Terms and conditions apply.

Relacement & Returns:
What is your replacement policy?
It is our top priority to sell products of high manufactured standards. On the odd occasion if you receive an item in a substandard condition we will send a replacement item free of charge. We may ask you ship us the faulty product
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order anytime before we have dispatched the order. After dispatch you can still cancel your order by sending us the product in good unused condition.You will still be liable for shipping charges we may have incurred in sending the products to you.
You will be responsible for return delivery charges.
You have 14 days from the time of receipt of delivery to return the goods in their orignal packaging for full refund.
